Here's some information that came down from the national meeting...
TECH NOTES AND CLARIFICATIONS
1. Honda Muffler rule definition of tight muffler: Hand tight until it will not turn anymore then a half turn loose from tight. 2. Valve Seal under spring is a DQ from the race. NOT a 30-day suspension. 3. Honda timing infraction all Honda classes, with or without keyway, 30 day suspension. 4. Testing for ceramic bearings use Ohm meter or ring from center race to case. 5. GX-120 old engine flywheel magnet white; Tier III magnet black 6. GX-120 will need the new Tier III flywheels come January 2009. 7. DECO Jr. Novice will run restrictor plate under carburetor. 8. DECO Jr. Stock will run restrictor plate in exhaust. 9. World Formula can use any flat washer under flywheel nut. 10. World Formula shroud: All holes must be covered with metal not tape. You should t see any of the flywheel. Most of them will have to have a top shield put on. Can be made out of any metal. 11. World Formula red coil only. 12. World Formula you can change the exhaust bolts or the exhaust studs to next bigger size. 13. World Formula exhaust out of port must have port extension. 14. World Formula rod bolts any style allowed.
